What an Exciting day for Peyton!

We have been waiting for today for a long while. Today Peyton started going to Windridge Equestrian Center. He will go every Tuesday morning to ride with Ms. Debbie and Pilot (the Horse). Today he had a GREAT time. They said that he did wonderful. The only thing they had problems with was getting him off of Pilot. He wanted to stay on. I can't say I blame him. Here are a few pictures.

What a GREAT smile!!!

Fall Fest

What great weather we are having here. I love the cooler weather. Sorry that it has been a while since I have posted. Peyton is doing very well with his eating. We are still working on the drinking. We have changed the type of cup he uses therefore he is drinking a little better. We are happy with any improvement. We are now trying to get him to eat foods with a little more texture. Today in speech he had Nilla wafers in his pudding and did very well. He is really learning to eat.
Last night was our churches Trunk-or-Treat. Peyton was a little puppy dog. He is just so cute. He had a great time running around like the other kids. He really wanted to jump in the bounce houses that they had but there were to many kids in them. Here are a few pictures that we took last night.

Tomorrow morning Peyton has something that is new and very exciting. I will post pictures to let you see what it is tomorrow night.

Peyton is very busy!

Hello to all, Sorry that I have not updated in a while. We have been very busy. Peyton in going to speech therapy three times a week and occupational therapy two times a week at Longview Therapy Center. Hopefully sometime in the next week or so we will be starting horse riding at Windridge. We are just waiting on the call, I do know that they have some spots open. Last weekend we went and walked in the "Buddy Walk" to support our local Down Syndrome Group. We had a great time walking with our friend Dylan and his family and friends.
I hope that all of you are doing well.
